This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will develop a nationwide network of corporate partners for our retraining internships from the ground up—independently, in a structured manner, and with a clear objective of closing deals.
• You will identify suitable companies in a target region to serve as internship partners for our future IT professionals, assess them by industry and compatibility, and prioritize your outreach efforts.
• You will take the initiative to contact decision-makers, clearly articulate our retraining model, and successfully guide conversations to a close.
• What you establish will endure: a robust partner pipeline categorized by location, maintained within the CRM, which will be directly utilized to approve new sites.
• Data upkeep & reporting: you will ensure that your contacts and results are current in the CRM, develop a comprehensive partner pipeline by location, and provide regular insights on what strategies are effective and which are not.
• Experience: Ideally, you have some background in sales, promotion, call centers, business development, or a similar role.
• A foundational interest in the tech industry and IT job profiles is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a startup or a similarly fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Communication skills & persistence: you proactively approach new contacts and persuade them with compelling arguments for our retraining model.
• You maintain a friendly demeanor, keep your objectives in focus, and exhibit persistence even in the face of minor challenges.
• You possess excellent German language skills (C2) in both spoken and written form.
• Ownership & execution: you take charge of your responsibilities and drive them forward independently.
• Structured working approach: you value goal-oriented and organized work.
• Availability: you are a registered student and can reliably contribute up to 20 hours per week.
• A business with purpose: you’ll engage in topics that are economically, socially, and societally significant (digitalization, Germany’s competitiveness as a business location, labor market policy, equality, technology, etc.).
• Steep learning curve in B2B sales: you will gain foundational knowledge in B2B cold outreach and partner management.
