This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Review and rectify document entries (e.g., receipts) within our system.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency at a high standard.
• Assist in addressing customer inquiries from the back office.
• Work collaboratively with the Customer Success team on various operational tasks.
• Detect and document recurring errors or irregularities.
• Aid in the enhancement of internal processes related to document management.
• Currently a student, preferably pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and dependable work approach.
• Strong emphasis on accuracy and quality of work.
• Keen interest in financial processes and digital solutions.
• Prior experience with data management or commercial processes is advantageous.
• Proficient in both German and English.
