This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will assist in executing the B2B go-to-market strategy, encompassing assortment planning, promotions, and POS activations.
• You will develop and sustain sales and presentation tools to support our Key Account Managers and the field sales team.
• You will monitor essential KPIs and sales data, generate reports, and formulate initial recommendations for action.
• You will facilitate alignments with internal departments such as Sales, Brand, Operations, and Category Management.
• You will organize meetings, prepare updates for internal B2B Brand News, and ensure content remains current.
• You will aid in the preparation of innovation sell-in toolkits to effectively position new products in retail.
• You are pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You possess strong numerical skills and enjoy analyzing data and presenting it in a clear manner.
• You are well-organized with a methodical approach to work; you are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• You are an effective communicator, proactive, and contribute ideas to enhance processes.
• You thrive in a team environment and maintain perspective even in a fast-paced setting.
• You have a good command of both German and English and are comfortable communicating with various stakeholders.
