Senior Associate – Integrations & Middleware Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in the integration ecosystems involving UKG and Infor CloudSuite Financials.

• Ensure the operations of integration are secure, reliable, and adhere to SLA requirements.

• Play a role in resolving incidents and enhancing integrations.

• Provide L2/L3 support for middleware platforms and integrations.

• Monitor and diagnose interface failures along with data transmission issues.

• Oversee and maintain both API and file-based integrations.

• Support comprehensive data flows across HR, Payroll, Finance, Banking, and EHR systems.

• Guarantee data integrity, reconciliation, and effective error management across platforms.

• Maintain documentation for integrations and operational procedures.

• Identify potential for automation and optimization of integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in support for integration and middleware.

• Practical experience with UKG Integration Hub / Boomi / or similar iPaaS tools.

• Familiarity with Infor ION / IPA workflows is preferred.

• Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP).

• Knowledge of file-based integrations (SFTP, flat files, XML/JSON).

• Strong grasp of system integration patterns (batch, real-time, event-driven).

• Skills in data mapping, transformation, and error handling.

• Experience with end-to-end enterprise data flows (HR ↔ Finance ↔ external systems).

• Familiarity with SLA-driven managed services environments and ticketing systems.

• Understanding of data security, encryption, and compliance (PII/PHI).

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
