Working Student – AI, Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Bridge operational needs by connecting business workflows with technical implementation, and convert requirements into precise specifications for AI solutions.

• Design, evaluate, and continuously enhance AI agent workflows utilizing prompt engineering and contemporary AI methodologies such as structured prompting, iteration, and assessment.

• Develop lightweight automations and integrations that connect the AI agent with essential data and tools utilized by operational teams.

• Conduct systematic testing of agent outputs, document results, and assess improvements to ensure both reliability and accuracy.

• Collaborate with colleagues in Operations, Product, Data, and Platform on ad-hoc operational requests and enhance processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the German language.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Fundamental programming skills (e.g., Python) for creating lightweight scripts or automations.

• Practical interest and hands-on experience with large language models, AI tools, and prompt engineering.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deconstruct real-world processes into clear, logical steps.

• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with non-technical stakeholders and translate their feedback into actionable requirements.

• High levels of curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn, iterate, and experiment promptly.

• Familiarity with AI/agent frameworks or platforms (such as OpenAI, Vertex AI, or similar tools).

• Interest in process improvement, business operations, digital health, or healthcare settings.
