Working Student – AI & Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You assist in the creation of production-ready AI applications — from concept and prototype to implementation.

• You design, test, and document prompts, workflows, and automation processes using contemporary AI tools.

• You play a role in developing our internal knowledge repository based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and aid in the integration of pertinent data sources.

• You generate documentation and playbooks while contributing to the standardization of our AI solutions.

• You help quantify the success of our use cases by utilizing relevant KPIs.

• You assist in the creation and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and courses focused on AI.

• You produce practical learning materials, collections of prompts, and libraries of use cases.

• You support our advanced users through train-the-trainer initiatives and by sharing best practices.

• You participate in AI office hours, hackathons, and onboarding sessions.

• You evaluate the use of our AI tools and collaborate with the team to establish strategies for increasing adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in (business) computer science, data science, industrial engineering, business administration with a technical emphasis, or a related discipline.

• You possess practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or other similar large language models and are familiar with prompting as an engineering practice.

• You have some hands-on experience with Python, APIs, or automation platforms like Power Automate, n8n, Make, or Zapier.

• You exhibit a structured approach to work, document thoroughly, and show a strong level of initiative.

• You can articulate technical subjects clearly and communicate effectively in both German and English.

• You have at least 12 months remaining in your academic program.
