This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Actively engage in the installation of materials as specified in plans, including wall finishes, flooring, furnishings, and signage, working closely with the crew.
• Exhibit exemplary workmanship and maintain the company’s quality standards on all tasks.
• Supervise and manage the installation of all materials specified in plans and designated by the project on-site.
• Collaborate directly with Project Managers to ensure alignment on project scope, sequencing, schedules, and deliverables.
• Act as the main point of contact on-site for daily operations, crew coordination, and quality assurance.
• Conduct new project surveys at job sites, documenting current conditions, scope details, and relevant field observations to aid in project planning and execution.
• Complete daily project checklists and field reports to ensure the accurate and timely documentation of work performed, crew activities, materials used, and any site issues or deviations.
• Provide daily updates on progress, issues, and material/labor requirements directly to the assigned Project Manager and Field Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to establish processes and systems for program work, offering field-level insights to create scalable, repeatable workflows that enhance efficiency and consistency across multi-site programs.
• Efficiently manage on-site materials, tools, and equipment across various job sites.
• Lead hands-on training in the field for both new and existing employees regarding PostedPM, TradePosted, and GuidePosted as necessary.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the field to facilitate skill development and career growth.
• Ensure all crew members receive training on proper installation techniques, safety protocols, and company standards prior to performing tasks independently.
• Offer coaching and feedback to field employees to uphold quality and performance standards.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and Posted Companies' Safety Manual requirements and best practices; adhere to all PPE guidelines and remain vigilant about potential hazards affecting yourself or your coworkers.
• Immediately report any injuries, unsafe conditions, or concerns to management.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Procore Certified – Superintendent Certification.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in a trade discipline relevant to commercial interior installations (flooring, wall finishes, furnishings, signage, or similar).
• Previous experience in a lead or foreman role overseeing field crews.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and installation specifications.
• Experience in conducting field surveys, daily reporting, and project documentation.
• Background in training, coaching, or mentoring field employees.
• Strong communication skills – capable of collaborating effectively with Project Managers, the Field Operations Manager, and field crews.
• Minimum age of 25 (insurance requirement).
• Valid state driver’s license (subject to ongoing review).
• Willingness to travel overnight nationwide (100%).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade certifications are advantageous.
• Experience towing trailers weighing up to 15,000 lbs.
• Capacity to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions regardless of weather.
• Ability to safely use ladders (must weigh under 275 lbs.).
• Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.
• Must be capable of traveling for up to 2 weeks at a time.
• All travel and lodging expenses covered.
• $59 per diem for each overnight travel day.
• Paid training opportunities.
• Overtime available (up to 10 hours per week with approval).
