This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Supervise construction operations at designated job sites.
• Ensure that tasks are executed safely while achieving productivity and quality objectives.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Assist in project documentation and ensure precise tracking of productivity metrics.
• Prepare construction locations for building, demolition, or excavation activities.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent and other foremen to outline daily job responsibilities.
• Transport tools and various construction equipment to and from job sites.
• Operate heavy earthmoving machinery, including dozers, loaders, scrapers, excavators, or motor graders, while leading a crew.
• Comply with all safety regulations, guidelines, and codes.
• Keep detailed records of hours worked and materials utilized.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of five years of operational experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the practices related to the use and maintenance of various heavy equipment.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and the ability to operate machinery safely.
• Familiarity with GPS systems and their application in heavy earthmoving tasks.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
