This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and oversee WFM models for both short-term and long-term planning.
• Create and implement an operational framework to foster collaboration between the WFM & P capability and operations.
• Serve as a strategic leader to enhance and expand the WFM&P capability for transactional tasks.
• Offer thought leadership to determine and anticipate workforce needs essential for executing strategic business initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, finance, HR, transformation, and analytics to maximize resource allocation and profitability.
• Design and execute a comprehensive strategic workforce planning roadmap.
• A minimum of ten years’ experience in workforce management and planning for large transaction or call center operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading a workforce management function.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing workforce models across diverse domains in healthcare operations.
• Experience in utilizing analytics to enhance the precision and accuracy of workforce models.
