📋 Description

• Lead, inspire, and oversee a team of regional and field sales representatives across various states.

• Establish clear sales objectives and performance indicators for the team, ensuring they align with the company's goals.

• Offer ongoing coaching, performance assessments, and career development opportunities for the sales team.

• Ensure the sales team has access to the essential tools and resources needed to meet their objectives.

• Create and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives across multiple regions.

• Identify significant market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements to adapt strategies and tactics accordingly.

• Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and budgets to ensure consistent achievement of targets.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to guarantee the efficient delivery of solutions to clients.

• Work with senior leadership to define sales strategies that align with overarching business goals.

• Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

• Support sales personnel in navigating complex client negotiations and securing successful contract closures.

• Analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and modify strategies as needed.

• Prepare regular reports detailing sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for senior management.

• Monitor KPIs and provide immediate feedback to the sales team regarding their performance.

• Lead recruitment initiatives for new sales personnel across various regions.

• Mentor and nurture high-potential sales talent, aiding in their career advancement and performance maximization.

• Promote a positive and inclusive sales culture that fosters teamwork and individual growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• At least 7-10 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.

• Demonstrated success in managing sales teams across multiple states or regions, ideally in a B2B context.

• In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, remote work setting while leading a geographically dispersed team.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven sales performance and decision-making.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in automotive technology/SaaS sales is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%) to engage with clients and sales teams across designated regions.

• Background in sales training and development programs is a plus.
