Executive Director, Science and Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The primary responsibility of this position is to formulate and implement growth strategies at the regional, national, or international levels that align with the firm’s objectives, aiming for a minimum of 10% year-over-year growth in designated core markets and submarkets.

• Working closely with key stakeholders to develop complementary and unique capabilities across the firm to further promote SFMO.

• Overseeing a collection of markets that contribute to the firm’s annual financial success, targeting an after-TCC profit margin between 15% and 25%.

• Engaging as part of a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive leadership team to drive growth and achieve exceptional business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory for this role, with advanced degrees being preferred.

• Extensive experience and a proven success record within the designated markets, evidenced by progressive leadership roles and employment at well-known and reputable organizations or companies in the relevant markets.

• A strong presence and positive reputation within industry networks that are valuable to the firm and the markets we serve.

• A history of consistent visibility and advocacy for a unique and insightful perspective at thought leadership and industry events.

• A distinct and recognizable personal brand and/or professional reputation that aligns with CannonDesign’s goals and values.

• Willingness to travel frequently is essential.
