Lead Director, Provider Performance Value-Based Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain effective, value-driven relationships with key network providers.

• Create and oversee the Keystone Value-based Network.

• Negotiate high-value/risk contracts featuring complex arrangement structures.

• Manage the entire value-based contracting cycle.

• Collaborate with internal teams to formulate a value-based strategic plan.

• Supervise contract performance with designated provider groups.

• Assess and execute network strategic plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

• Advanced negotiating skills.

• Proven success in negotiating value-based contracts with Independent Practice Associations (IPAs).

• Experience in analyzing medical claims data.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.

• Capability to function effectively within a matrixed organization.

• Familiarity with legal terminology related to provider contracting (preferred).

• Experience with CMS Stars and HEDIS technical specifications (preferred).

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of professional work experience and education.
