Workflow & AI Agent Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Provide solutions for key accounts to ensure client success and prosperity.

• Manage onboarding, support, and product inquiries throughout the entire lifecycle.

• Resolve client issues directly.

• Assist strategic partners in enabling clients to achieve measurable business success with Chatarmin.

• Engage in operations and feedback loops to enhance the product.

• Operate independently and take ownership from the very start.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical knowledge of API calls and webhooks.

• Ability to read and comprehend JSON and API documentation.

• Hands-on experience with prompting LLMs.

• Experience in customer-facing issue resolution.

• High resilience under stress.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to manage 10 projects concurrently.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive.

• Genuine enthusiasm for technology, startups, and creating something impactful.

• Preference for candidates residing in Vienna.

• Must be located in Europe.

• Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written, is essential.
