Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor – Midwest Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Ensure the team receives consistent, high-quality feedback to foster accountability.

• Keep weekly metrics in the green and enhance performance as necessary.

• Attain monthly QSR scores of 90% or higher and tackle any instances of underperformance.

• Organize monthly meetings to align on objectives and address challenges.

• Maintain an average customer service survey score of 1.30 or lower.

• Serve as a mentor and play a role in the development of your team of adjusters.

• A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in claims supervision is required.

• Significant experience within the Midwest region.

• Strong track record of achieving results.

• A critical thinker who is enthusiastic about collaborating with other professionals.
