Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster, California Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Examine, assess, negotiate, and resolve workers' compensation claims on behalf of clients.

• Gather statements and process lost wage payments.

• Complete necessary state filings and deny claims when warranted.

• Oversee subrogation and manage litigation matters.

• Engage in communication with CEOs, claimants, provider offices, and attorneys.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in California.

• Prior experience in workers’ compensation adjusting is essential.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a workers' compensation claims adjuster is required.

• Hold a license and/or have state experience in California, along with possession of SIP.

• Proven knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Capacity to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management software.
