This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.
• Oversee the implementation of digital worker voice initiatives in workplaces across Jordan.
• Manage training for supplier platforms and provide technical assistance.
• Direct the handling of grievances within programs that incorporate a digital grievance system, collaborating and coordinating with suppliers and brands.
• Be available to assist with investigations and remediation support upon request from brands.
• Aid in the creation and revision of onboarding materials for suppliers and workers.
• Maintain consistent communication with supplier management, from the introduction of the program to regular status updates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including the Director of Client Services, Senior Managers, and the Deployment Team, to ensure successful implementation.
• Collect feedback and suggestions from clients and suppliers to guide the improvement of the platform.
• Background in social compliance or labor rights, with knowledge and experience in supply chains, corporate sourcing, ethical procurement, grievance mechanisms, social impact, sustainability, international development, social impact technology, and/or business and human rights.
• Over 5 years of experience in the global supply chain sector, executing social or labor impact projects.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic are essential; proficiency in additional languages spoken by foreign workers in Jordan is a plus.
• Highly organized, diligent, and accountable.
• Experience in customer/client services and project delivery.
• Residency in Jordan is mandatory.
• Occasional national travel may be necessary.
