Workday Test Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Overseeing testing initiatives and facilitating communication among all involved stakeholders

• Accountable for the delivery of Workday test management, which includes planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects

• Partner with functional end-users, subject matter experts, departmental leaders, IT, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes

• Follow established test management methodologies and best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess experience in Workday test management

• Required experience with HR-related projects

• Strong skills in Business Analysis and Requirements gathering

• Prior project management experience is essential

• Must have a degree-level education

• Familiarity with both Agile and waterfall project management methodologies

• Must have the legal right to work without the need for visa sponsorship
