This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Implement and uphold best practices for claims management, which includes claim intake, investigation, evaluation, settlement, and recovery.
• Ensure alignment with client and customer expectations throughout the claims process.
• Act as a resource for escalated claims issues.
• Promote a positive work atmosphere, encourage teamwork, and foster professional growth and development.
• Attract, hire, and retain talent while providing a high level of training with support from the leadership team.
• Prepare and present detailed claims reports, metrics, and analyses to clients and customers; provide guidance on claim trends and loss mitigation strategies.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial transportation, specifically focusing on delivery and/or courier claims.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a fully remote setting.
• Active licensure in your home state or designated home state.
• Willingness to obtain all relevant licenses within 45 days of employment.
• Comfortable using technology and capable of evolving claims systems and processes to enhance efficiencies and outcomes.
• A proven commitment to quality, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
