This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.
• Oversees and directs sales activities for the team.
• Guides the sales community toward achieving success.
• Coordinates significant Enterprise-level customer interactions for HPE.
• Develops sales methodologies for comprehensive sales process management.
• Ensures consistent execution through diligent follow-up.
• Mentors and advises both direct and indirect teams to evaluate each deal's influence on HPE's long-term success.
• Motivates and inspires team members to reach collective objectives.
• Preferred: University or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the Public Sector.
• Typically 10-12+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting progressively higher quotas and sales objectives.
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams.
• Top Secret Clearance is a plus.
