This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• The Compensation Manager is essential in advancing the organization’s compensation strategy, programs, analytics, and operational implementation.
• Manages both everyday compensation activities and the foundational creation of scalable compensation frameworks, processes, and tools that align with organizational growth and business goals.
• Plays a pivotal role in enhancing and evolving compensation practices throughout the organization, which includes job architecture, salary structures, market benchmarking, merit planning, incentive administration, and compensation governance.
• Collaborates closely with HR leadership, Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to deliver data-driven compensation insights and operational assistance.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of seven or more (7+) years of progressive experience in compensation, including at least three (3) years of management experience within an HR team (preferably in Compensation).
• Proficient in administering compensation programs such as merit, bonus, salary planning, and market pricing.
• Familiarity with compensation platforms, market pricing tools, and salary survey systems like ERI, CompAnalyst, Mercer, Radford, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and present compensation best practices, market insights, and operational recommendations.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead workstreams, prioritize tasks, and offer guidance within a compensation or HR setting.
