This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide testing services to clients through test consultancy, preparation, and management.
• Evaluate scope, process designs, configurations, and business priorities to determine testing requirements and risks.
• Assist in developing test strategies and planning, encompassing objectives, scope, roles, governance, environments, data, criteria, reporting, and delivery schedules.
• Engage in test design workshops and create traceable unit and end-to-end testing scenarios.
• Oversee and track client-led test executions, including progress updates, evidence collection, addressing blockers, and retesting processes.
• Aid in issue triage, ownership, status monitoring, investigation, and coordination of resolutions.
• Maintain testing information and generate status updates and dashboards.
• Contribute to quality assurance gates, go-live preparedness, and test closure activities.
• Clarify Workday testing methodologies and deliverables to clients.
• Provide support to customer testers and subject matter experts.
• Enhance testing, Workday, and business-domain knowledge through project involvement and ongoing education.
• Refine testing methodologies, scenario assets, templates, tools, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with clients, Kainos implementation teams, and external implementation partners.
• Authentic enthusiasm for establishing a long-term career in software testing.
• Experience in or familiarity with manual testing, quality assurance, business analysis, software delivery, or test consultancy.

• Desirable: experience with cloud-based business applications such as ERP, HCM, Financials, Payroll, or CRM.
• Desirable: experience with test management or collaboration tools like Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
• Relevant qualifications or degrees are advantageous but not mandatory; equivalent practical experience is equally valued.
