This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
β’ Act as the functional subject matter expert for Workday Talent modules.
β’ Configure, test, implement, and sustain Workday Talent functionalities, encompassing Performance, Goals, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and upcoming Talent capabilities.
β’ Continuously enhance Workday Talent functionalities to elevate user experience, efficiency, reporting, and adoption rates.
β’ Review Workday feature updates and assess their impact on Talent functionalities.
β’ Facilitate enterprise talent programs through the configuration, automation, workflows, reporting, and system design in Workday.
β’ Create reporting solutions that deliver valuable workforce insights to leaders and stakeholders.
β’ Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance Talent processes through Workday functionalities.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
β’ At least four years of practical experience in configuring and administering Workday Talent modules or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Talent functionalities, beyond just end-user support.
β’ Experience in supporting Workday business process configuration and testing.
β’ Current Workday Talent Certification is highly desirable, but equivalent experience will also be taken into account.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clarify technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
β’ Capability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
