
Workday Systems Analyst, HR – French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Focus on administering, configuring, and supporting Workday HR functions across the HCM workstreams for global locations.
• Ensure the integrity of data and enhance HR processes.
• Provide prompt support to local HR teams to facilitate seamless operations within Workday.
• Oversee the configuration and upkeep of Workday Core HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
• Manage business processes, eligibility criteria, validations, and reporting setups.
• Assist local HR users with troubleshooting and offer guidance throughout the HCM system.
• Coordinate the testing and rollout of Workday updates and improvements.
• Collaborate with HR leadership, HR Operations, and local HR teams to ensure system design complies with local regulations.
• Proficiency in French (both written and spoken).
• In-depth knowledge of at least two of the following Workday modules: Core, HCM, Benefits, or Compensation.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Workday Pro Certification in the HCM Module.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in configuring and supporting at least two Workday modules.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and integration frameworks.
