This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure solutions utilizing Cisco, F5, Palo Alto Firewalls, Infoblox, Zscaler ZPA, Azure Cloud, ISE, and SDWAN.
• Collaborating with various IT teams to collect requirements and devise network solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Leading the setup and configuration of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, F5 AWAF, and Infoblox DDI.
• Developing and sustaining network automation scripts using Ansible and Python to enhance network operations, configuration management, and troubleshooting.
• Integrating network automation solutions with current tools and systems to improve operational efficiency and decrease manual tasks.
• Conducting network capacity planning and executing regular assessments to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Diagnosing and resolving intricate network issues, ensuring timely solutions to minimize network downtime.
• Performing network security audits and implementing necessary measures to safeguard the network infrastructure.
• Creating and updating network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Engaging in change management processes, evaluating and implementing network modifications in line with best practices.
• Collaborating with vendors and third-party providers to ensure efficient delivery and support of network services.
• Mentoring and offering technical guidance to junior network engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may also be accepted.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Network Engineer, focusing on Cisco, F5, Palo Alto Firewalls, Infoblox, Zscaler ZPA, Azure Cloud, ISE, and SDWAN.
• Cisco certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are highly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, MPLS, SDWAN, and VPN.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing network solutions utilizing Cisco routing and switching technologies (e.g., Cisco Catalyst, Cisco ACI, Nexus).
• Practical experience with F5 load balancers, including LTM and GTM modules, AWAF, and expertise in designing and configuring high-availability load balancing solutions.
• Proven skills in designing and managing Palo Alto Firewalls, covering configuration, policy management, and threat prevention.
• Familiarity with Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM solutions and experience integrating them with network infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) and experience in the deployment and management of ACI fabric, policies, and integrations.
• Proficient scripting abilities in Ansible and Python for network automation and orchestration.
• Solid understanding of network security principles, encompassing access control, authentication, VPN technologies, and firewall rules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot complex network issues and deliver prompt resolutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
