This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of the architecture and advancement of our revenue systems stack, which includes Salesforce Sales Cloud, a modern CPQ solution, and billing integrations.
• Direct complex configuration and development involving Apex, Lightning Web Components, and custom integrations.
• Manage data governance, migration strategies, and system integrity across the complete GTM stack.
• Develop and implement AI agents for tasks such as account research, CRM maintenance, post-call follow-ups, and signal-based outbound workflows.
• Streamline repetitive tasks within the GTM organization and replace them with intelligent, verifiable processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, and Security to convert strategies into technical specifications.
• Represent systems decisions directly to Finance and cross-functional leadership regarding data integrity and approval.
• Question existing processes. If something is still in use merely because it was the only option three years ago, evaluate whether it remains relevant today.
• Maintain documentation so the organization can function independently in your absence during discussions.
• Over 7 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a minimum of 2 years in an architect-level position.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ implementation, customization, and production support.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP API integrations, and middleware patterns.
• Proven track record in deploying AI agents or AI-assisted workflows in a GTM context, successfully launched into production rather than just explored.
• Practical experience with Clay or similar enrichment and automation platforms.
• Strong history of collaboration with GTM, Finance, Engineering, and Security stakeholders, capable of translating technical decisions into business terms and confidently engaging in discussions.
• Background at a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company that has undergone a GTM systems transformation.
• Experience in replacing or reconfiguring legacy systems while ensuring business continuity.
• A well-defined perspective on where AI can replace human judgment in GTM workflows and where it is not applicable, along with the ability to defend this viewpoint.
• Demonstrated capacity to operate autonomously, manage conflicting priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
