This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Offer configuration, troubleshooting, and advisory support to clients following deployment.
• Provide services within established SLAs, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Manage and prioritize incoming requests, effectively identifying root causes and resolving issues.
• Assist with recurring releases and deployments, facilitating customer adoption of new features and updates.
• Engage in customer workshops and calls to gather and refine requirements.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop documentation and knowledge articles to enhance internal learning and enable customer self-service.
• Mentor junior consultants, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
• Previous experience in configuring or supporting HRIT systems.
• Strong customer orientation with proven experience in a customer-facing role, capable of presenting solutions, engaging in workshops, and articulating functionality to a non-technical audience.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel (including lookups, pivots, and data quality techniques).
• Knowledge and experience in data analysis, manipulation, reporting, and formatting.
• Experience in data transformation and loading processes (e.g., mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation).
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
• Strong, empathetic communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with service management principles, including issue tracking and escalation protocols.
