Senior Value Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Support cross-functional teams in conducting a series of customer interviews and workshops as part of Value Assessments.

• Identify, prioritize, and quantify essential business drivers (metrics) to illustrate how our solutions address operational and financial challenges while aligning with the desired business outcomes of our prospects and customers.

• Lead the production and aid in delivering impactful executive-level presentations featuring financial business cases to facilitate customer purchasing decisions.

• Assist in enabling the sales organization and supporting teams in understanding Value Management principles and tools.

• Collaborate with the Commercial Desk to develop proposal pricing and secure winning bids.

• Ensure a seamless transition of customer desired outcomes, current state, and success metrics to the Client Services and Customer Success teams after deal closure.

• Gather and analyze key industry metrics to identify trends and establish benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Management Consulting, Value Consulting, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in spreadsheets, and creative problem-solving abilities.

• High proficiency and effectiveness in developing presentations and documentation.

• A results-oriented individual with solid business acumen.

• Expertise in Sales, Solution Engineering, Strategy Consulting, and/or Customer Success.

• A proven ability and enthusiasm to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment.

• Previous experience managing aspects of the customer experience in both pre-sales and post-sales roles.

• Demonstrated capability to implement company-established principles of value creation and/or value realization within organizations.
