This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy SEGs to Abnormal Security.

• Provide expert advice on enterprise mail flow, encompassing SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and routing across hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructures.

• Offer guidance on native security controls in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, ensuring a seamless substitution of SEG functionality.

• Advise on email security policies, implementing anti-phishing measures and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mail flow challenges, ensuring secure and dependable email delivery after migration.

• Enhance SEG displacement methodologies, refining best practices for future implementations.

• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize deployment workflows.

• Create and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery, scope management, and quality assurance.

• Identify and address migration risks, proactively engaging internal support when needed.

• Deliver clear and consistent status updates, keeping key stakeholders informed on project advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/BA degree with over 5 years in a customer-facing role managing enterprise-grade cybersecurity SaaS deployments or migrations.

• More than 4 years of experience overseeing enterprise mail flow integration and migration projects, including practical SEG decommissioning.

• Profound knowledge of enterprise mail flow and architecture: SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email routing in both cloud and on-premise environments.

• Robust understanding of email security, filtering, threat protection, and DLP with compliance experience in SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR.

• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Glean and Claude.

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Security, incorporating Defender for Office 365, Exchange Online Protection, ATP, and Google Workspace Security.

• Experience with email routing through firewalls, proxies, and mail relays, including IP whitelisting, inbound/outbound mail rules, and secure connectors.
