Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Defining the scope for tailored technical and consulting projects.

• Developing customized solutions.

• Collaborating with the Technical Services team to execute projects for clients.

• Assessing client requirements and converting them into technical solutions.

• Facilitating the onboarding of new customers across various departments (Sales, Product, Customer Success).

• Overseeing all stages of the implementation lifecycle.

• Establishing the architecture of the 360Learning platform for clients.

• Enabling integrations (flat files, APIs).

• Creating tools to assist both the team and customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• 8+ years of experience in supporting technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or a similar technical role involving external stakeholders; a customer-facing background is preferred (Sales Engineer, Technical Presales, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst).

• Exceptional understanding of APIs and REST integrations.

• Strong technical proficiency, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies.

• Experience in scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and successfully delivering projects.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.

• Ability to tailor communication to various audiences, showing flexibility in discussions with highly technical stakeholders and simplifying concepts for less technical stakeholders.

• Organized, structured, logical, analytical, and capable of managing priorities across multiple customer implementations.

• A solution-oriented approach with a client-first mindset in all endeavors.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is an advantage.
