This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Defining the scope for tailored technical and consulting projects.
β’ Developing customized solutions.
β’ Collaborating with the Technical Services team to execute projects for clients.
β’ Assessing client requirements and converting them into technical solutions.
β’ Facilitating the onboarding of new customers across various departments (Sales, Product, Customer Success).
β’ Overseeing all stages of the implementation lifecycle.
β’ Establishing the architecture of the 360Learning platform for clients.
β’ Enabling integrations (flat files, APIs).
β’ Creating tools to assist both the team and customers.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
β’ 8+ years of experience in supporting technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or a similar technical role involving external stakeholders; a customer-facing background is preferred (Sales Engineer, Technical Presales, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst).
β’ Exceptional understanding of APIs and REST integrations.
β’ Strong technical proficiency, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
β’ Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies.
β’ Experience in scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and successfully delivering projects.
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
β’ Ability to tailor communication to various audiences, showing flexibility in discussions with highly technical stakeholders and simplifying concepts for less technical stakeholders.
β’ Organized, structured, logical, analytical, and capable of managing priorities across multiple customer implementations.
β’ A solution-oriented approach with a client-first mindset in all endeavors.

β’ Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
β’ Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is an advantage.
