This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
β’ Collaborate with both Huron and client team members.
β’ Oversee the implementation life cycle, which includes planning, configuration, design, building, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support.
β’ Carry out a variety of tasks in a dynamic role that offers significant visibility.
β’ Leverage well-developed skills while pursuing career advancement.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics.
β’ Active certification in Workday Reporting and Prism is required.
β’ At least 2 years of experience as a Workday Implementation Lead, Reporting Lead, or Workstream Lead in full lifecycle Workday deployments.
β’ Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics, covering data ingestion, transformation, dashboarding, and advanced analytics solutions.
β’ Demonstrated capability in leading reporting workstreams through requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
β’ Advanced knowledge in developing Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports.
β’ Strong proficiency in creating complex calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and reporting solutions that aid operational and executive decision-making.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of Workday security, data governance, and reporting best practices.
β’ Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
β’ Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Experience in mentoring and developing reporting consultants and analysts.
β’ Preferred prior consulting experience in supporting Workday implementations, optimizations, or transformation engagements.
β’ Experience assisting large enterprise Workday clients across various functional areas, including HCM, Financials, Payroll, Recruiting, and/or Adaptive Planning is preferred.
β’ Ability to balance hands-on report development with project leadership, resource coordination, and overall delivery management.
