Retail Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee sustainable sales performance within the designated Area, ensuring that sales and profitability goals are achieved while upholding tactical and fiscal integrity.

• Foster a culture dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences.

• Aim for excellence in every customer interaction by utilizing the service steps outlined in the Swarovski service and sales program.

• Support store teams in cultivating a loyal customer base by building strong relationships with current customers and proactively attracting new customers to the Swarovski loyalty programs.

• Serve as an advocate and role model, exhibiting passion, enthusiasm, and integrity.

• Oversee the implementation of all Swarovski policies, procedures, and operational processes.

• Collaborate effectively with various teams and leaders, including executive teams, across different functions.

• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent while establishing a succession plan to meet the demands of a luxury customer experience.

• Ensure compliance with all performance management standards, which includes tracking disciplinary actions, recognizing employees appropriately, addressing complaints, resolving issues, conducting performance reviews, and executing other company initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in store or multi-unit management.

• Proficient in numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area for up to 100% of the working time.

• Comprehensive understanding of Sales, Marketing, HR, and Merchandising at the retail store level.

• Strong focus on customer service and exceptional relationship-building abilities.
