This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement impactful Workday dashboards, intricate reports, and notifications across HCM modules to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Convert intricate business requirements into user-friendly, actionable reporting solutions that empower HR leaders and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve reporting functionalities by managing and fine-tuning custom reports for enhanced efficiency and user experience.
• Transform data into insights by delivering valuable analytics that support HR operations, data integrity, and strategic planning.
• Act as a reliable subject matter expert in Workday reporting, ensuring compliance with data protection and governance standards.
• Advocate for data accuracy and integrity by rigorously validating highly sensitive HR information.
• Establish and maintain reporting standards by keeping clear documentation, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead data quality initiatives that bolster governance and enhance the overall reliability of HR data.
• Collaborate strategically with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and fulfill reporting requirements.
• Oversee reporting demand from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of insights.
• Create and sustain an organized reporting ecosystem, including a comprehensive catalog of reports and key performance indicators.
• Work closely with ERP and IT teams to enhance data architecture and broaden reporting capabilities.
• Develop dynamic Power BI dashboards and advanced reporting solutions that improve data visualization and accessibility.
• Contribute to enterprise data projects, including the development of data warehouses and semantic models for HCM data.
• Utilize SharePoint and modern tools to enhance the accessibility, usability, and efficiency of reporting resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Reporting is required.
• Workday Report Writer certification is preferred.
• Proficient skills in Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Power BI, and Office 365.
• Experience with data warehouse projects and HCM data within semantic models.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain reporting solutions utilizing SharePoint and Power BI.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of Workday and reporting tools.
• Capability to gather requirements and convert business needs into data solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
