This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the execution of various Medium Enterprise Workday projects and initiatives concurrently in a dynamic environment.
• Exhibit expertise in the Workday HCM and Payroll product offerings.
• Collaborate with TopBloc consultants to ensure adequate staffing and successful project delivery.
• Participate in the sales process, which includes gathering requirements and assisting with Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Partner with client project managers to identify and resolve any issues that could affect project scope or timelines.
• Aid in transitioning the customer from professional services to product support.
• Set priorities, work autonomously, and pursue objectives without needing supervision.
• Consult with clients on Workday best practices.
• Engage with colleagues, managers, and clients in face-to-face interactions.
• Adjust to changes in job requirements as the department evolves.
• Report directly to one of our Managing or Senior Managing Project Managers.
• Travel 25% as requested by clients.
• Workday Project Management certification from a Workday Services Partner Firm (Required).
• 1-3 years of experience managing Workday HCM implementations for medium to large enterprise organizations with a Workday partner firm (Required).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SaaS project management or software implementation (Required).
• Proficient in at least two HCM functional areas: Core HCM, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation, Recruitment, or Absence Management (Required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Required).
• Proficiency in French (Preferred).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organization, time management, business development, and communication abilities.
• Consulting experience as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software firm is preferred.
