Senior Project Manager – Design & Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Owner's Representative throughout every stage of design and construction.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Supervise programming, design development, permitting, procurement, and construction processes.

• Ensure adherence to lease agreements, airport design standards, local building regulations, ADA compliance, safety protocols, and sustainability objectives.

• Lead negotiations and cultivate relationships with landlords, airport authorities, and regulatory bodies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in design and construction project management.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera.

• Technical expertise in fueling system design, permitting, construction, automatic car wash systems, plumbing and electrical systems and codes, ADA compliance, and IT system cabling design and installation.
