Commercial Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee the organization, scheduling, execution, and completion of multiple projects concurrently.

• Achieve customer satisfaction by adhering to project timelines and ensuring clear, accurate, and proactive communication.

• Create precise estimates for labor, materials, supplies, and project resources.

• Manage budgets and deliver timely financial forecasts within budgetary limits.

• Prepare and maintain reports related to project status, scheduling, and expenses.

• Convey project objectives, expectations, and deliverables to all stakeholders.

• Monitor project milestones and provide regular status updates to management.

• Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to guarantee quality workmanship and timely delivery.

• Supervise Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely documentation, completion photographs, and cost tracking.

• Ensure invoicing is completed accurately and promptly after project completion.

• Assist with additional operational duties as assigned by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Project Management is essential.

• Experience managing substantial customer relationships is preferred.

• Background in the construction industry is desirable.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), background check, and drug screening.
