Associate Director, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Supervise 1-2 brands, directing project management teams and handling intricate projects

• Take charge of brand-level planning, encompassing timelines and multi-channel workflows

• Act as a reliable client partner for scopes, budgets, and operational strategies

• Oversee annual scopes and change orders while managing brand financials

• Guide and develop project management talent and spearhead departmental learning initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in project management

• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare/pharma advertising

• Excellent budgeting and portfolio management capabilities

• Proficient in websites, email programs, social media, and digital initiatives

• Knowledge of AI-assisted workflows

• Familiarity with operational tools such as Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Basecamp, and Workfront/Ziflow

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory
