Workday Integrations Post Production Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients to provide top-notch Workday Integration solutions tailored to enhance and optimize their business requirements across various industries.

• Engage directly with clients to resolve Workday Integration challenges as they occur.

• Actively contribute to internal training sessions and seek opportunities to share skills and knowledge with colleagues within the organization.

• Support internal initiatives, as assigned, aimed at enhancing the team, department, or company as a whole.

• Lead a team of consultants, mentoring them in their Workday and professional growth while managing escalations (Manager Level).

• Leverage Workday expertise to create sales materials and define project scopes as required by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level).

⛳️ Requirements

• Workday Integration Certification.

• A minimum of 1 year of post-production support experience in Workday Integration with a partner, catering to clients of all sizes.

• Proficiency in building and troubleshooting Custom Reports, EIBs, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.

• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering customer collaboration.

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to ensure timely delivery of customer expectations.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and peers in a manner that promotes confidence and trust.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to consider alternative viewpoints and diverse perspectives.
