Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Locate and verify travel bookings for clients

• Advise clients in accordance with their travel policies

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and various regulations

• Provide insights into the industry, including low fare options, exchange fees, and penalties

• Evaluate operational procedures and client relationships to propose enhancements

• Sustain, share, and broaden knowledge of the travel sectors being supported

• Engage and respond to inquiries from dedicated clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes

• Flexibility in scheduling is essential
