This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess the current operations of client organizations and offer suggestions for enhancement.
• Examine organizational frameworks and business processes.
• Conduct interviews with managers and staff to pinpoint development needs.
• Contribute to programs, processes, and interventions that align with client business objectives.
• Engage in or lead client engagements.
• Build and sustain client relationships while ensuring accountability.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans to guarantee that deliverables and deadlines are fulfilled.
• Evaluate business structures, procedures, and processes.
• Provide data that supports executive and senior management decisions.
• Design and execute developmental action plans and training initiatives.
• Interview staff and conduct skills assessments.
• Facilitate business optimization through individual or group training sessions.
• Suggest departmental restructuring to enhance efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for interdepartmental collaboration and promote cross-functionality.
• Assess the effects of development initiatives on employee performance and retention.
• Document procedures and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure the accuracy of the agency management system data.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar combination of education and experience.
• Master's Degree in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational development, or a related field.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as an organizational consultant within a related industry.
• At least one (1) year of experience in leading and training teams while managing a client portfolio.
• Significant experience in skills development and capacity-building initiatives.
• Proficiency in office and business administration software.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
• Leadership and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Organizational Change Management.
• Expertise in Organizational Development.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
