This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Configure and conduct unit testing for Workday requirements.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and generate reports of medium to high complexity.
• Implement and/or assist with Workday HCM and/or Financials applications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and integrate solutions for clients during planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Execute project tasks punctually while adhering to Strada's quality standards.
• Focus on and enhance expertise in areas such as Compensation, Benefits, or Financials.
• Prepare work estimates for smaller projects.
• Foster relationships with project team members, management, and external clients.
• Offer consultative advice and recommendations grounded in best practices.
• Lead discussions with clients regarding basic scope and solutions.
• Oversee and evaluate deliverables produced by less experienced team members.
• Engage in or manage internal initiatives that impact the domain or consulting methodology.
• For AMS, guide low to medium complexity requirements discussions and contribute to high complexity requirements processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience related to Workday or similar technologies.
• 2–3 years of experience in developing Workday Integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Reports, and Orchestrations.
• Proven initiative and curiosity to expand skills in additional areas.
• Experience in implementing or supporting Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, other SaaS applications, or similar is preferred.
• Previous development experience and understanding of development lifecycle phases is preferred.
• Familiarity or prior experience with object-oriented programming, APIs, XML rendering, XSLTs, and web services.
• Ability to prioritize and organize increasingly complex tasks.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.
• Proven ability to think creatively and analytically in a dynamic setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellence and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Current Workday Integrations certification is required; Workday Studio Certification is preferred.
• If not already certified, successful completion of relevant Workday certification(s) is mandatory.
• Must possess current and future work authorization in the United States without visa sponsorship.
