Workday Integration Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of cross-platform People & Culture solutions, connecting systems such as Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and other HR tools to design secure, scalable, and seamless employee experiences.

• Lead the assessment, design, and deployment of AI-driven HR solutions, utilizing AI applications, AI-assisted coding practices, and multi-agent orchestration to expedite development, enhance data mapping, and create robust automated workflows.

• Act as the senior subject matter expert and strategic partner to HR, Payroll, and IT executives, translating intricate technical concepts and AI capabilities into actionable business value, ensuring optimal user experiences and cross-platform collaboration.

• Propel investments in AI and P&C technology by crafting data-driven business cases with clear ROI, establishing key success metrics for adoption, and developing compelling presentations to convey strategy and impact to executive leadership.

• Formulate and execute detailed implementation plans using agile methodologies, and design comprehensive test plans and scripts to ensure all Workday integrations and custom AI applications are delivered punctually, with high quality, and free of bugs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience in utilizing, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to enhance outcomes within your functional area.

• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering or systems integration, with at least 4 years demonstrating architectural-level expertise in the Workday Integrations framework (Payroll Integrations, Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Studio, and advanced reporting like BIRT or Custom RaaS APIs).

• Proven experience in integrating AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), or MCP frameworks into enterprise workflows, with hands-on experience in AI prompting techniques and AI-assisted development practices for quicker deployment of complex logic.

• Demonstrated capability to lead agile teams, manage vendor relationships, and excel in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment.

• Proven track record in constructing business cases, justifying investments, and assessing the ROI of P&C technology solutions.
