Lead Cyber Security Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Serve as a thought leader in the field of cyber security, advocating for best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the organization's security posture.

• Monitor and predict upcoming security trends, utilizing this knowledge to shape and modify security strategies, ensuring they remain strong and effective.

• Spearhead the creation of security strategies and roadmaps, guaranteeing a cohesive and forward-thinking approach to all security initiatives.

• Create and implement reference security architectures that are in alignment with the organization's goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced security controls, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.

• Mentor and provide support to junior cybersecurity professionals within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leading cyber security architecture role or over 6 years of progressive experience in cyber security architecture.

• Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

• Up-to-date awareness of current and emerging security threats, methods for exploiting security vulnerabilities, security controls, and applicable standards & regulations.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.

• Capability to lead indirect reports through influence.
