Workday HCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients to integrate Workday Human Capital Management technology solutions into their increasingly complex business environments.

• Provide high-quality Workday solutions across various industries to fulfill the evolving business requirements of clients.

• Define, construct, and implement HR processes and structures that align with clients’ business goals, thereby enhancing their experience and the value derived from Workday software.

• Engage actively in internal training updates and share your skills and insights with others in the organization.

• Lead a team of consultants, mentoring them in their Workday and professional development while addressing escalations (Manager Level).

• Leverage Workday experience and expertise to create sales materials and define project scopes as required by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level).

⛳️ Requirements

• Workday HCM Certification (Mandatory).

• Over 1 year of experience implementing Workday HCM configurations for clients of various sizes and complexity levels (Mandatory).

• More than 1 year of experience in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing Workday HCM solutions based on customer specifications (Mandatory).

• A strong passion for providing exceptional customer service and fostering customer collaboration.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in interacting and collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues in a manner that builds confidence and trust.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to consider diverse perspectives and alternatives.

• Recommended internet bandwidth of 20Mbps.
