Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to key client travelers with a personal touch.

• Efficiently and accurately manage incoming requests through phone, email, and other channels.

• Utilize BCD Travel tools and systems to oversee and fulfill travel requests.

• Research, book, and finalize travel arrangements for clients.

• Offer expert travel advice and recommendations.

• Remain updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and supplier information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in the corporate travel management sector.

• Familiarity with Sabre GDS in a professional travel management setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both Portuguese and English.

• Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.

• Capability to deliver professional customer service and travel consultations.

• Must be adaptable to work during EST or PST time zones.
