This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• As an HCM Systems Consultant, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, providing expert advice on their Human Capital Management systems and technologies.
• Work closely with clients to identify their system requirements, offer consultative assistance, and support configurations and enhancements to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their HCM system needs and delivers actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to evaluate their specific requirements and suggest the most suitable HCM vendor that aligns with their organizational objectives and goals.
• Independently conduct consulting sessions and document outcomes with meeting minute summaries.
• Oversee the HCM vendor evaluation process, which includes vendor demonstrations, feature comparisons, and guidance on contractual matters.
• Identify any shortcomings in current HCM capabilities and propose vendors or solutions that effectively address these issues.
• Work with our clients and their selected HCM vendor to ensure a smooth data migration from legacy systems to the new HCM platform.
• Design and configure the selected HCM system to align with the client’s HR processes and support their unique workforce management strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact for both the client and vendor during the post-go-live phase for end-users, providing technical support and resolving any issues that arise.
• Maintain up-to-date project plans, including timelines, due dates, and notes.
• Experience in payroll processing, benefits, or demonstrated capability to implement ancillary modules such as Onboarding, Talent, and Performance is essential.
• Payroll implementation experience is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Meet or exceed team KPIs, such as: a 4-hour response time, providing world-class service, achieving a monthly average of 4 stars on quality inspections, and closing 80% of projects within 30 days.
