Workday Extend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Become a member of a Product team dedicated to innovating new offerings on the Workday platform.

• Identify, create, market, and manage new products until they reach maturity.

• Utilize technologies and platforms such as Workday Extend, AWS, and AI.

• Collaborate within a small, cohesive team, contributing to the technical design and solutions for one or more new products.

• Partner with the product team to develop customer-centric roadmaps.

• Produce proof-of-concepts and collect user feedback to design solutions that address challenges faced by customers and prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in developing Extend applications.

• Background in developing and coding within agile delivery environments.

• Familiarity with web service technologies (REST, SOAP).

• Strong and effective communicator, capable of engaging with customers and colleagues with credibility, even in remote working situations.

• Proficient in the English language.

• Solid commercial awareness and an understanding of project and business dynamics.

• Ability to organize one's own workload and meet deadlines effectively.

• Capable of applying all relevant standards and procedures to personal work, ensuring high quality and accuracy consistently.

• Aware of the significance of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements, ensuring information security at all times.

• Achieved Extend certifications from a recognized authority in your area of expertise.

• Secured HCM certification.
