This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Design, develop, test, and implement HR technology solutions.

• Engage in a hands-on, full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) role.

• Convert business requirements into technical designs.

• Conduct hands-on development of Workday integrations and new applications.

• Create and develop practical Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) and data extractions.

• Offer production support for existing integrations.

• Investigate issues, propose solutions, and implement necessary fixes.

• Advocate for collaborative resolution of defects.

• Perform peer reviews, providing insights on optimizing configurations.

• Collaborate with team members and other teams regarding requirements and specifications.

• Manage configuration development and testing coordination with third-party vendors.

• Document and communicate development status promptly.

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

• Over 5 years of hands-on programming experience with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB).

• More than 4 years of experience with XML and XSLT.

• At least 3 years of advanced report building in Workday (Simple, Matrix, Composite, Advanced).

• 3 years of experience creating BIRT reports using Workday Studio.

• Familiarity with working on Agile teams and using agile tracking and process management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally).
