This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with assigned clients (generally, 8-12 clients)
• Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues and new inquiries
• Ensure compliance with Strada's workflow and documentation standards by consultants associated with the relationship through governance processes and tools
• Manage client expectations and address discrepancies through collaboration with client stakeholders, Strada’s delivery teams, and management
• Review and assess all discretionary change requests from clients
• Allocate the necessary resources to tasks by collaborating with the resource manager, domain lead, team lead, or knowledge area lead to staff assignments
• Oversee small projects as required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or financial field
• Application certification as needed or preferred based on the platform being supported
• Over 5 years of experience in account management/service delivery in technical solutions delivery (SaaS)
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Human Resources Information System consulting, or comparable project experience (preferred)
• Experience in managing and delivering Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions
• Ability to effectively engage in multiple concurrent projects and manage conflicting priorities
• Demonstrated consultative skills to facilitate client and internal discussions towards timely agreement on solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
