Workday Analyst/Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Assist in the configuration of Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance functionalities according to business needs.

• Diagnose system issues and collaborate with leads to determine root causes and solutions.

• Develop and update documentation pertaining to configurations, business processes, and system design choices.

• Create and implement test scripts for functional updates, enhancements, and product releases.

• Aid in testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT), including tracking and resolving defects.

• Support the configuration and updating of business processes, notifications, and system settings.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm requirements and ensure expected system behavior.

• Ensure that all changes are documented and compliant with governance standards.

• Assist in release activities, including regression testing and impact analysis.

• Engage in working sessions with project teams and functional leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of functional experience with Workday.

• Proficient understanding of Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance modules.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to produce clear and organized documentation (configuration, testing, process flows).

• Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

• Effective communication skills with both functional and technical stakeholders.

• Practical experience in supporting configuration and testing in Learning, Talent, or Performance.

• Background in supporting system implementations, enhancements, or releases.

• Experience in documenting business processes and configuration choices.
