Oracle Integration Cloud Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations within Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) utilizing file-based, REST, SOAP, database, Salesforce, and various other adapters.

• Create, develop, and oversee APIs (REST/SOAP) for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid integration scenarios.

• Conduct design, unit testing, performance optimization, and implementation of both real-time and batch integrations.

• Establish and uphold error handling, auditing, scheduling, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms for OIC integrations.

• Utilize extensive knowledge of Mapping, Lookups, Endpoint connections, XSLT, Agents, Packages, and additional features of the OIC platform.

• Evaluate existing integration landscapes across Oracle EBS and third-party systems, proposing enhancements.

• Define and implement best practices for integration layers, API management and governance, error handling, monitoring, and scalability.

• Utilize pre-built integrations, adapters, database connections, and SaaS applications in delivered solutions.

• Execute routine configuration updates and enhancements to current integrations.

• Design, develop, document, test, and implement solutions and extensions for the Oracle EBS R12 suite, covering Finance, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay modules, and Discrete Manufacturing (INV, BOM, WIP, QA, MRP).

• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Oracle R12 architecture, SQL, SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, Developer 10g toolset, Linux, Oracle Workflow Builder, BI Publisher, and OA Framework toolsets.

• Facilitate design sessions with IT leadership and business stakeholders, offering recommendations on standardization and performance enhancement.

• Consistently apply sound software development practices in accordance with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.

• Adhere to established standards and procedures aimed at ensuring compliance with key control objectives (e.g., JSOX).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management.

• At least 5 years of hands-on development experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.

• 3+ years of experience in API management, encompassing the design and operation of REST/SOAP APIs.

• Comprehensive end-to-end OIC implementation experience with a minimum of one complete Oracle SaaS/PaaS/IaaS implementation project.

• Proven experience in the design and development of Web services/APIs for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid solutions.

• Profound understanding of API-led architecture, middleware and integration patterns, data transformation, and orchestration.

• Minimum of 5 years of Oracle EBS R12 application development experience in a global manufacturing environment.

• Strong technical skill set in Oracle EBS R12: Oracle database, SQL, SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, Developer 10g toolset, Linux, Oracle Workflow Builder, BI Publisher, and OA Framework toolsets.

• Good functional knowledge of EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing (INV, WIP, BOM, QA, MRP), Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay modules.

• Extensive experience in developing extensions within EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay modules.

• Strong experience in creating integrations into and out of EBS using APIs and Open Interfaces with middleware integration tools.
